For hosts & sub-network operators

Your site.
Our grid.
Every session earns.

Host a FlashGrid charger and run it as your own sub-network. OCPP-certified hardware, drivers from every network island-wide, settlement in rupees — we run the platform, you keep the revenue.

From application to live

Three steps. One rail.

01

Apply & get scoped

Send your site, available power and PUCSL status. We scope the charger tier that fits your location and dwell time — no commitment to start the conversation.

Takes minutes
02

Install OCPP hardware

We supply the OCPP-certified charger; you provide the site and supply. It connects to the CSMS over 1.6J or 2.0.1 out of the box — no custom firmware, no vendor lock-in.

03

Go live as your sub-network

Your chargers appear on the FlashGrid map to every driver island-wide. Sessions settle to you in LKR; cross-network roaming is on from day one.

Live & earning

Cross-network roaming is on from day one — drivers from any network can start a session at your site the moment you go live.

What FlashGrid runs for you

You host the site. We run the platform.

Everything behind the charger — discovery, payment, roaming, compliance and reporting — is operated for you. No platform to build, no integrations to maintain.

Demand from every network

Your site is visible to all FlashGrid drivers plus roaming drivers from other networks — you are not limited to your own customers.

Settlement in rupees

Drivers pay from one in-app LKR wallet. You get clean settlement reports — no per-network signup friction for the customer.

Cross-network roaming

Roaming sessions settle automatically across networks. The driver pays from their own wallet; the revenue routes to you. On from day one.

Ledger & receipts

Every session produces a receipt. Your full ledger and settlement reports live in the partner portal once your sub-network is live.

OCPP-certified, future-proof

Hardware speaks OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1, certified against the OCA test tool. Add tiers as demand grows — never locked to one vendor.

PUCSL compliance built in

Sri Lanka PUCSL compliance fields are handled by the platform, not bolted on after the fact. Stay compliant without building it yourself.

Revenue model

95% of every session on your sub-network settles to you; the 5% platform premium applies only to partner-network sessions — Flash Grid system-network sessions are handled separately. No subscription is required to host.

Site fit, not a shopping list

Match the charger to your traffic.

Hosts do not pick a consumer tier — we scope the right power for how long drivers actually dwell at your site. Start with one, add more as demand grows.

40 kW

Short dwell

Cafés, retail, quick top-up stops where drivers stay under an hour.

80 kW

Everyday fast

Workplaces and malls — drivers park, charge and carry on with their day.

Most sites

120 kW

Mixed traffic

The tier most hosts run. A strong fit for steady throughput and varied dwell times.

240 kW

Ultra-rapid

Highway forecourts and transit hubs where turnaround speed is the whole point.

Every tier is OCPP-certified and connects to the CSMS the same way — the only question is your dwell time and available supply.
