Common questions from hosts
- The 5% premium applies only to sessions on your sub-network (sessions on the FlashGrid system network are handled by Flash Grid separately). On each session your driver charges, 95% of the session revenue settles to you and 5% covers the platform. Exact amounts depend on the tariff you set.
- No subscription is required to host. Contact us at [email protected] and we will discuss the hosting agreement once we have scoped your site and charger tier.
- You provide the site, the electrical supply and the physical installation space. FlashGrid supplies the OCPP-certified charger (40 kW through 240 kW) that best matches your available power and dwell time.
- Yes. Every session produces a receipt. Your settlement reports and full ledger are visible in the partner portal once your sub-network is live.
- Roaming sessions settle automatically across networks. The driver pays from their own network wallet; the revenue routes to you. Cross-network roaming is on from day one with no extra configuration.
